1. Every participant of the festival is obliged to follow the existing at the Salt Mine regulations of BHP

2. Due to a limited capacity of the elevator, downshaft rides will be precisely scheduled:

20.30 - 20.50 - party pass, pre - intermediate
20-50 -21.20 - intermediate, cuban
21.20 -21.45 - advanced, master
21.45 - 22.15 - dance groups, artists, invited guests

Every participant of the festival is obliged to follow the written above schedule.

3. Opening hours of the festival office and pick-up of passes:

Klub Forty Kleparz, Kraków 2-4 th Kamienna street

08.09.2011 - 21.00 - 23.00

Klub Sportowy Górnik 10 th Daniłowicza 10 street (at Salt Mine area)

09.09.2011 - 14.30 - 21.30

10.09.2011 - 9.00 - 11.00 i 19.00 - 20.30

4. Workshop plan will be published on the festival website till August 15th 2010.

5. It is recommended to have personal accident insurance. The organizer is not liable for accidents caused by a participant, is also not responsible for lost or damage participant items.

6. The organizer reserves the right to change the program of the festival or the plan of workshops.

7. According to time and price table, amount is driven by date when money are already available on organizer account.

8. In case of cancellation of your participation in the festival:

- till July 15th - we give back 50% of the payment
- after July 15th - we do not give back the payment

Due to organizational issues there is no possibility to give your pass to another person. You can only give it back to us under the above written rules.
