Alex Carbo
Born in Gioventu, he started studying classic and modern dance when he was 10. After about 6 years he discovered his passion for afrocuban style which made him study in Havana in National Dance Acadamy, ENA. He was a primary dancer of a group with which he was working in the majority of all the touristic places from Catena Gran Caribe to Sol Club. He moved to Italy in 2001 and started his career of a professional dance teacher and choreographer. He took part in all the biggest vents of the Latin world – from International Festival of Latin-American music of “Fiesta” Rome to the Rimini Salsa Festival. He was also participating in Salsitaly, Rome and Bologna Salsa World Festival where he could confront his skills with world-famous dancers. His commitment took him a step further - he started performing in TV shows in important transmissions, such as "La Vita in Diretta", “Alle Falde del Kilimangiaro" and “Cultura Moderna". Today he is teaching in Rome in his own dancing school - "Cumbanchero Accademy". His current dancing partner is Yunaisy Farray - a great dancer with a worldwide experience – articipating in many events in Italy and other parts of the world. In few years they managed to be a well-distinguished, splendid couple whose
artistic vision is a very unique one.
