DJ Olita & Piotr
Olita & Piotr have a collection of a few thousands of salsa records (salsa vieja). That set also contains Cuban, Venezuelan, Colombian and especially Panamanian pieces of music. Ola and Piotr met at a salsa party 6 years ago. With time, they realized that salsa wasn't just a hobby for them, but it became a great passion which is now a very important factor in their lives. Last years theyâ ve been traveling and living for long time in Latin America and it helped them to collect an enormous set of salsa original albums.
They've been playing for 4 years, performing at some big Polish salsa events as Crystal Salsa Party I, II, Baila Maquina I, II or Wroclaw
Salsa Festival I, II, they are also first Polish salsa djs invited for a foreign event in England. Piotr is also a resident DJ in a Colombian salsa radio station Calisabor. He also cooperates with other salsa radio stations.
Being DJs, they can create a fantastic atmosphere. The music they choose is very energetic and sounds authentic. Not only do they play salsa, but they can dance it as well, which certainly has a big impact on the kind and quality of the pieces they choose.
